Passport application for applicants to apply for R.S. passports after passing the R.S. citizenship test. *Please note this passport form is for pretend uses only, and can not be used for any legal statehood purposes. R.S. Passports are to be only used for pretend purposes, and may not be used in any manor to be used to visit a foreign country, prove they are apart of the Republic States of America, as the Republic States of America is not a recognized state.
